Rare near-extinct sawfish found in Florida

A  group of fishermen from South Florida, found themselves stumbling upon a rare sawfish over the weekend.  Dustin Richter and his friends took more than two hours to  catch the 11 feet long, 500 pound creature on Sunday morning.  After bringing it to the shore and filming a video, at the Boynton Beach, Florida,  Richter and his friends let go the fish.

 The sawfish , which is an endangered species, is a shark-like fish with thin, long snout and very sharp teeth. However, though they look intimidating, the sawfish are not a direct threat to man.
